1. General Refund Policy – Digital Products, Software & Affiliate Sales
All purchases made through this platform are for digital products, including—but not limited to—PDF downloads, course materials, AI tools, proprietary software, and private community access. Due to the immediate and irrevocable access to intellectual property, educational resources, and licensed digital systems, all sales are final and non-refundable under any circumstance related to software or core product access.
Each purchase includes a mandatory software access fee of $97 or $197, which is required to enable your use of our core platform, tools, and course ecosystem. The $97 or $197 fee is considered delivered upon purchase and is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether or not an AI tool is refunded.
Additionally, many of our customers are referred to our platform through affiliate partnerships. In these cases, affiliate commissions may be paid out at the time of your transaction. As a result, we are unable to offer refunds for any portion of a purchase that may have triggered a third-party payout. This policy is in place to preserve the integrity of our performance-based affiliate model and to avoid financial inconsistencies.
We maintain compliance with FTC affiliate disclosure requirements by informing you that referrals may be incentivized. The existence of an affiliate relationship is another reason we enforce a no-refund policy for software or any purchase that includes referral-based compensation.

Curriculum materials and proprietary course content
Transactions involving affiliate compensation
Any bundled offers that include the above
2. Refund Eligibility Window – AI Tools Only
An exception to our general refund policy exists for the following AI tools, which may be purchased
in addition to the $197 software access fee:

AI Profit Boost
These AI tools are eligible for a 72-hour Refund Eligibility Window, starting from the exact time of purchase. However, refund eligibility is conditional and only applies if you have not scheduled or completed your included AI strategy and setup call.
Important: The $197 software access fee is a separate and non-refundable component of your purchase.
Any approved refund will apply only to the cost of the AI tool(s) and will exclude the $197 software fee, regardless of the total amount you paid.
For example: If you paid $997 and $197 of that is attributed to software access, your refund, if approved, will only be for the remaining $800 (the AI tool component), assuming you meet the eligibility criteria.
Access to software, tools, curriculum, and/or the community is considered granted upon purchase and constitutes
full delivery of value, which voids refund eligibility.
3. Payment & Product Delivery
All payments are securely processed through industry-standard gateways such as
Stripe or PayPal, which utilize SSL encryption protocols. We do not store your payment information.
If you do not receive access to your digital product within a reasonable timeframe, please contact
[email protected] with your payment confirmation or transaction ID so we can ensure your product is delivered promptly.
4. Policy Updates & Acceptance
We "Haikii" reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. These updates may include, but are not limited to, changes in pricing, technical specifications, purchase terms, refund conditions, and product or service offerings.
By purchasing from this platform or continuing to use our site, you agree to be bound by the most current version of this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not complete a purchase or access our digital products.

The following Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) are entered into by and between You and Haikii software, AI Tools, courses & training, and all corresponding offers. ("we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using the Product.
Grant of License:
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use and sell the Product in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
This license is limited to the duration of your ownership of the master resell rights to the Product.
Intellectual Property:
The Product, including but not limited to its content, design, logos, trademarks, and any associated materials, are protected by intellectual property laws and are the exclusive property of Haikii or its licensors. You acknowledge that you have no ownership rights in the Product, except for the master resell rights granted under this Agreement.
Indemnification:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Haikii, its affiliates, officers, agents, employees, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from or related to:
Your use or misuse of the Product or Services,
Your breach or violation of any term of this Agreement,
Your infringement of any intellectual property, proprietary, or other rights of any third party,
Your violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party agreement,
Any action or inaction related to your participation in the Haikii affiliate program, including false advertising, deceptive practices, or unauthorized competition.
Termination:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your access to our software, tools, community, and/or affiliate relationship at any time and without prior notice, including but not limited to situations where:
You violate any provision of this Agreement,
You engage in unethical behavior or deceptive marketing practices,
You attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or otherwise misuse our proprietary software,
You act in direct competition with Haikii while participating in the affiliate program,
You fail to abide by the terms of the affiliate agreement or misuse promotional materials.
In such cases, Haikii reserves the right to withhold any unpaid affiliate commissions, and you will be required to immediately cease use of all Products and destroy any copies or derivatives in your possession.
Termination will not limit Haikii’s rights to pursue any available legal or equitable remedies.
Amendments:
We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace this Agreement at any time. Any such changes will become effective immediately upon being posted to our website. It is your responsibility to review the current version of the Agreement regularly.
Your continued use of our Products or participation in the affiliate program after any amendments are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms, including any changes related to software usage, affiliate conduct, or commission eligibility.
Entire Agreement:
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and Haikii regarding your use of our Products, tools, and services—including any affiliate relationship—and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or representations, whether written or oral.
No waiver or modification of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Haikii.
Changes to Terms & Conditions:
We may revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. All changes become effective upon publication. Continued use of the website, Products, or participation in any affiliate program indicates your ongoing acceptance of the current terms.
You are responsible for reviewing these Terms & Conditions regularly. If you do not agree to the revised terms, your only remedy is to cease all use of the Product and any participation in the affiliate program.
